Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Services

The ESC of the Western Reserve (ESCWR) prides itself in the services we offer.  We have the experience and expertise to help you make the right decision for your students, district, and community. We are excited to offer our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Services. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assists with planning, developing, and monitoring a variety of behavioral support services to meet the needs of your district.

Services Include:
  1. Provides support in the development and implementation of programs and best practices for the management of student behaviors including students with Autism, emotional disturbance, and other disabilities, as well as students with 504 plans and/or in general education.
  2. Staff development, training, and modeling in strategies and methodologies for successful implementation of a behavioral treatment plan.
  3. Consultation regarding crisis interventions and critical incident support.
  4. Participaticipation in students’ Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings.
  5. Consultation regarding behavior supports and plans with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages.
  6. Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and creation of Behavior Intervention Plans along with team training and follow-up consultation.
  7. Consults with principals, psychologists, teachers, and other specialists in developing, monitoring, and evaluating behavior management strategies for general and special education students.
